Bicycles: Free! You can park your bike safely in our private garage. We have room for 15 to 20 bicycles.
Internet: Free! WiFi is available in all rooms. You can use it for free.
Parking: We do not facilitate private parking.
You can park at the Waalkade or Joris Ivensplein for €2,45 per hour (daily from 9:00 till 23:00). You can also choose to park at car park Eiermarkt (8 minutes walk) for €12,- a day. Another possibility is the parking lot Oude Stad (5 minutes walk) for €6,- a day. Open from 8:00 till 19:00.
To navigate, do not use Lange Hezelstraat as your destination as this is a pedestrian area. Use Joris Ivensplein as your destination instead.
Breakfast: from 8am till 12am at Bagels & Beans, Lange Hezelstraat 44.
Check in: from 3pm till 10pm. Till 6:30pm at Bagels & Beans, Lange Hezelstraat 44, after 6:30pm via intercom (ring our doorbell at Lange Hezelstraat 42).

Children and extra beds: Free! You will not be charged for children under the age of 2 when using the beds that are available.
You will be charged €27,50 p.p.p.n. for every extra adult or child over the age of 2, for whom an extra bed will be placed in the room.
Pets: When requested, pets can be accommodated. There may be additional costs, always mention your pet on your booking.
Accepted payment methods: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, PIN, Maestro
Brochure: In your room you will find a folder containing information that might be useful during your stay.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on all of our premises! If we find you have been smoking in your room, you will be charged with a fine of €150,-. In case we are charged by authorities because of your smoking, you will also be charged for that fine which can amount to €1400,-.
Stairs: Please take into consideration that some of our staircases are typically Dutch: steep and winding. As much as they add to the character of our accommodation, you might not be used to them.
Cancellation policy: You can cancel your reservation without any charges. Be sure to cancel at least 3 days before your arrival date. When you cancel after that date or do not show up, we will charge you with the full amount of your booking.
